In operating the platform and ensuring safety, we collect only data necessary for genuine property discovery:

• Platform Operations: To authenticate your account via OTP, publish listings, deliver search results, and enable real-time chats.
• Direct Communication: To send security alerts, OTP confirmations, inquiry notifications, and essential operational updates.
• Trust & Safety: To detect fraudulent listings, prevent spam/phishing, block duplicate accounts, and protect renters from advance payment scams.
• Legal Compliance: To cooperate with lawful law enforcement requests and comply with statutory obligations under Indian law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is shared only as follows:

• Approximate Location: Derived from network IP to deliver city-level searches.
• Device GPS Location: Requested only when you explicitly allow device permissions to view nearby stays or verify a property location during listing creation.
• You can toggle device location permissions off at any time in your device settings.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security controls:

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you hold full autonomy over your data:

• Right to Correction: Update your profile, phone number, address, or listings anytime from your account.
• Right to Erasure / Account Deletion: You may request complete account deletion and data anonymization via your Profile or by contacting support.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: Rapid redressal of privacy complaints through our designated Grievance Officer.
